Returns & Refund Policy

1. Refund Request Period

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact ItzTheKatzMeow at kat@itzthekatzmeow.com and provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a refund, item/s must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received. This means:

  • No signs of use

  • No staining, tearing, or ripping

  • No scratches or broken hardware

3. Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned item/s.

4. Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for shipping the item/s back to ItzTheKatzMeow at their own expense. Once ItzTheKatzMeow receives the returned item/s and verifies its condition, ItzTheKatzMeow will process the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refund will be issued if the returned item/s shows any signs of use, staining, tearing, ripping, scratches, or broken hardware.

6. Handmade Item Disclaimer

Please note that ItzTheKatzMeow's items are handmade and may have slight irregularities and variations, this is especially true with cork. These natural characteristics are unique to each item and should not be considered defects.

7. How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact ItzTheKatzMeow at kat@itzthekatzmeow.com within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

  3. Wait for ItzTheKatzMeow to provide return information  **Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Once ItzTheKatzMeow receives and inspect the returned item/s, ItzTheKatzMeow will issue the refund, minus the 20% restocking fee.
